Cambodia’s Ministry of Interior has officially launched an online Complaint Submission System (CSS) starting February 19, aiming to improve administrative efficiency and strengthen public complaint and reporting mechanisms.

According to the ministry, the system is designed to receive complaints and reports concerning law enforcement officers and civil servants under its jurisdiction. Through digitalized and standardized procedures, relevant authorities will be able to conduct investigations more efficiently while enhancing transparency and safeguarding the legal rights of both complainants and those being reported.

Members of the public can access the platform through the official website of the Ministry of Interior, complete personal details and complaint information online, and upload supporting documents. The system also provides downloadable forms for paper submission, along with contact numbers for consultation and follow-up.

Officials stated that the launch of CSS represents an important step toward digital public services, improved administrative oversight, and stronger government responsiveness to public concerns.
