Cambodia’s King Norodom Sihamoni officially signed a royal decree on February 14, granting the honorary title of “Oknha” to eastern Cambodia real estate tycoon Qin Yuanying. Qin is a well-known businessman in northeastern Cambodia. He currently owns the “Strong Win Resort,” with projects located in Ratanakiri and Kampong Cham provinces. He has also invested in the “Strong Win” townhouse housing development in Ratanakiri and operates fuel stations across several provinces. The title is widely seen as recognition of his long-term contributions to regional development and local economic growth.
