On February 25, Cambodia’s Minister of Labor and Vocational Training Heng Sour met with Cui Xiaohui, Vice President of Jiangsu Huibo Robotics Technology Co., Ltd. The two sides signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (2026–2030) to enhance strategic cooperation in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET).

Under the agreement, both parties will jointly develop specialized curricula, train instructors, upgrade practical training facilities, and promote mutual recognition of “dual diplomas” between Cambodian and Chinese institutions. The initiative aims to better prepare students for the job market.

Huibo Robotics will also assist Cambodia in establishing a regional intelligent manufacturing and robotics training center, providing local youth with access to advanced technology and professional training.

Minister Heng Sour stated that this partnership represents an important step in strengthening Cambodia’s human capital development. By introducing cutting-edge technology and educational resources, the country aims to improve workforce skills and enhance national industrial competitiveness.

Huibo Robotics is recognized as one of China’s leading robotics enterprises, with extensive experience in research, development, and industrial applications.
