A Toyota pickup truck lost control on a rural road in Cambodia on the afternoon of February 8, crashing into a roadside tree in Aoral District, Kampong Speu Province, leaving 14 people injured. Police said the driver, a 70-year-old Cambodian man, was traveling southbound on a dirt road when the vehicle suddenly veered off course and struck a tree. The driver suffered serious injuries, while the remaining 13 passengers sustained varying degrees of harm. Following the crash, all injured victims were rushed to nearby hospitals for treatment. Their conditions are currently under medical observation. Authorities confirmed the vehicle has been seized by Aoral District police, and investigations into the exact cause of the accident are ongoing.
